Change is part of our every day experience. It starts with our birth and will end with our death, but it is the changes that lie in between those huge events that matter so much. How we encounter the changes, move through them and grow is important to who we become.

Often we find ourselves stuck in the change, not really able to come to terms with what has happened and unable to live the lives we want. Divorce is good example.  I was divorced some nine years ago and the experience of separation was ravaging. Loss of my self-worth, my identity, my hope were paralysing.  My commitment to find a way through this experience and learn and grow through it became all important and I believe I have a great deal of wisdom and empathy to work in this area.

This year I am introducing four Turning Point workshops for anyone negotiating change in their lives and wanting to rebuild themselves in their new identity.  Through using NLP we explore the loss and impact on identity as well as the gains, developing a new purpose for your life and setting compelling outcomes for the life you want to lead.
